What we collect
When you request an inspection we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you're asking about and anything you type in the details box. When you call, our phone system records the number you called from and, with the notice you hear at the start of the call, may record the call so we get the details right. The website uses privacy-respecting analytics that count visits without cookies, without tracking you across sites, and without building a profile of you.
What we do with it
We use your information to call you back, schedule and perform the inspection and any work you approve, and keep records of the job. We share it with the licensed contractor who performs the work and, if you ask us to, with your insurance adjuster. We don't sell it, rent it or hand it to advertisers.
What we keep and for how long
Job records are kept as long as we need them for warranty and tax purposes. If you'd like your contact information removed from our records after a job is finished, email us and we'll do it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at the email above. You can decline call recording by saying so at the start of the call.
Children
This site is for adults arranging roofing work and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
