Estimates
Prices on this site are 2026 ranges for the West Valley so you can budget. The price you pay is the written, itemized estimate you receive after an on-roof inspection, and it's good for the period stated on it (normally 30 days). An estimate is not a contract until you've approved it in writing and the work is scheduled.
Who does the work
Roofing work arranged through this site is performed by independent, Arizona ROC-licensed, bonded and insured roofing contractors. The license number of the contractor performing your work appears on your contract, as Arizona law requires. See our referral marketing disclosure.
Storm-repair contracts
Contracts for repair of storm damage covered by an insurance claim carry the notices required by A.R.S. 32-1158.02: you may cancel within four business days of signing for any reason, and within 72 hours of written notice that your claim has been denied in whole or in part; any deposit is refunded within ten days of cancellation; no down payment exceeds 50% of the contract price; and no part of your deductible is paid, waived or rebated by the contractor.
Payment
No deposit is due until you've approved the written price and the work is scheduled. Residential work is normally paid on completion. Insurance work is paid as your carrier releases funds, with your deductible due at completion.
